When Does “The Rock” Meet?

A youth ministry designed for each student to have fun and grow in character and spiritual maturity. Recent studies show that today’s teenagers are more stressed and anxious than ever before. “The Rock” is a place to relax, have fun and build relationships.

At “The Rock,” students will be exposed to and experience God’s incredible love for them in a way that is real, relevant, relaxed and relational. Our team is committed to making the church experience a good one!

What Do We Do?

Each Wednesday evening, “The Rock” Youth meet together to enjoy an interactive message, games, hang-time and more!

Sunday mornings at 9:30 are short, encouraging devotions, breakfast if you want and often a time to learn Human Videos that will be performed for the congregation.  It’s hard work, but well worth the effort!

Who Leads “The Rock”

Pastor S.W. is an ordained graduate of Oral Roberts University with a Pastoral degree in youth Ministry. He is a charismatic speaker and worship leader who has a passion to see young people understand God’s plan for their life. he believes in teaching the Word of God through dynamic examples, interactive media, drama, and music.

Pastor S.W. has a heart for the young people of Las Cruces and will do whatever it takes to see each student reach their potential in Christ. He also holds his masters in Education and is an educator for Camino Real Middle School.
